办公椅

办公椅必须与办公桌和屏幕协调搭配，这样长时间坐在办公椅上不必保持单边姿势或固定姿势。优质的办公椅可以进行调节以满足用户的需求，而且易于支持用户转换坐式。其他需求包括：

应与身体同步倾斜，以确保用户向后靠时靠背和座椅与身体的自然运动曲线保持贴合

高度充足且靠背的高度可调，保证靠背高度至少与肩胛骨平齐

靠背上具有明显的腰部支撑，保证竖直坐立时在脊椎下部区域提供支持

座椅带有坐垫且可调节高度，防止腿部血液流通不畅

办公椅应可以旋转，并配有高度可调的旋转扶手，以减轻肩部的劳损

办公椅的底座必须装有脚轮，适合在相关地面上滑动

Bürostuhl

Der Bürostuhl muss mit Arbeitstisch und Bildschirm so abgestimmt sein, dass auch längeres Sitzen nicht zu einseitigen oder statischen Körperhaltungen führt. Ein guter Bürostuhl muss darum an die Bedürfnisse des Nutzers anpassbar sein und dynamische Sitzpositionen zulassen und unterstützen. Weitere Anforderungen an den Bürostuhl sind:

• Synchronmechanik mit einstellbarem Gegendruck, durch die sich Rückenlehne und Sitzfläche beim Zurücklehnen des Benutzers entsprechend der natürlichen Bewegungen des Körpers neigen
• Ausreichend hohe und höhenverstellbare Rückenlehne, die mindestens bis zu den Schulterblättern reicht
• Spürbare Lumbalstütze in der Rückenlehne, die im Lendenbereich die aufrechte Sitzhaltung unterstützt
• Gepolsterte, höhenverstellbare Sitzfläche, um Blutstauungen im Beinbereich zu verhindern
• Der Stuhl ist drehbar und hat höhenverstellbare, schwenkbare Armlehnen zur Entlastung der Schultern
• Das Fußkreuz braucht zum Bodenbelag passende Rollen

Office chair

The office chair must be coordinated with the Office desk and screen in such a way that sitting for extended periods does not lead to one-sided or static postures. A good office chair can be adjusted to user requirements and should facilitate and support dynamic sitting positions. Other requirements include:

• Synchronous tilt mechanism with tension control that ensures the back rest and seat tilt in line with the natural movements of the body when the user leans back
• Sufficiently tall and height-adjustable back rest that reaches at least to the shoulder blades
• Noticeable lumbar support in the back rest, which supports an upright sitting posture in the lower spine area
• Cushioned, height-adjustable seat to prevent poor circulation in the legs
• The chair should revolve and be equipped with height-adjustable, swivelling arm rests to take the strain off the shoulders
• The base of the chair must be fitted with castors that are suitable for the relevant floor covering

Silla de oficina

La silla de oficina debe estar coordinada con el escritorio de oficina y la pantalla de manera tal que al sentarse por periodos prolongados no conduzca a posturas inclinadas o estáticas. Asiento acojinado de altura ajustable para prevenir una mala circulación en las piernas

La silla debe de girar y estar equipada con descansabrazos giratorios de altura ajustable para quitar la tensión de los hombros

La base de la silla debe estar ajustada con ruedas que sean adecuadas para el recubrimiento de piso relevante
