径向齿式联轴器

Stirnzahnkupplung
Stirnzahnkupplungen gehören zu den nicht schaltbaren starren Kupplungen. Sie können für große Drehmomente in beide Drehrichtungen verwendet werden. Die Momente werden formschlüssig über Zahnflanken übertragen. Die Kupplungen sind bei geringem Raumbedarf selbstzentrierend und wiederholgenau.
Zahnkupplungen gibt es überwiegend mit Hirth-Verzahnungen, aber auch mit geschwungenen evolventen Verzahnungen. Die verzahnten Stirnflächen der Kupplungen werden mit Gewindebolzen und Überwurfmuttern verschraubt. Ein Verpressen ist nicht notwendig. Die Teile können während der Montage entsprechend der Zahnstellung gegeneinander versetzt werden. Möglich ist auch, zwischen den beiden Teilen ungeteilte Wälz- oder Gleitlager anzuordnen.
Radial tooth coupling
Radial tooth couplings are a type of permanent, rigid coupling. They can be used for high torques in both directions of Rotation. These torques are transmitted via tooth flanks based on a mechanically locked connection. The compact couplings are self-centring and benefit from good repeat accuracy.
Most tooth couplings are serrated but curved, involute toothing is also possible. Threaded bolts and cap nuts are used to bolt together the toothed faces of the couplings. Compression is not required. The parts can be offset according to the position of the teeth during installation. It is also possible to position one-piece rolling-element or plain bearings between the two parts.
