齿轮离合器
齿轮离合器通常应用于变速箱中，并且大多为扭转刚性。

Zahnkupplung
Zahnkupplungen sind schaltbare Kupplungen, die sehr häufig in Getrieben verwendet werden. Sie sind weitgehend drehstarr.
Sie bestehen aus einer Hülse mit meist gerader Innenverzahnung und dem Kupplungszahnrad, das häufig eine Halbrund-Außenverzahnung aufweist, um Winkelversatz ausgleichen zu können. Das Kupplungszahnrad ist fest mit der Welle verbunden. Die Hülse wird über das Kupplungszahnrad geschoben.
Geschaltet wird mit der Schaltgabel. Eventuell ist eine Synchronisierunterstützung vorhanden. Schaltsperren können verhindern, dass Schaltvorgänge stattfinden, bevor die beiden zu kuppelnden Elemente die gleiche Drehzahl erreicht haben.
Die Anwendungen sind vielfältig und reichen von kleinen Kupplungen als Drehmomentbegrenzer bis hin zum Einsatz in schwerer Landmaschinen.
Tooth clutch
Tooth clutches are commonly used in gearboxes and are largely torsionally stiff.
They consist of a sleeve, in most cases with straight internal toothing, and the Clutch gear, which often has semi-circular external toothing so that it can compensate angular misalignments. The clutch Gear is firmly secured to the Shaft and the sleeve is slid over it.
The clutch fork is used to change gear, with synchronisation support possible. Gear locks can prevent any changing of gear before the two elements to be engaged have reached the same speed.
Many different applications are possible, from small clutches acting as torque limiters to use in heavy agricultural machinery.
Embrague dentado
