The roller tool is now ready to start beading the upper ribs.

The outer rollers guide the tool while the central roller beads the aluminium rib to fix the steel strip in place.

Use the roller assembly tool to bead the aluminium ribs and fix the steel strips in place. Start at the top of the profile then turn the profile and repeat at the bottom.
