Drill a counterbore (? d1 ) for the fastener sleeve into the side of the mitre-cut profile.

Drill counterbores for the fastener sleeves into the side of each profile (use of drilling jig recommended).

Insert the fastener sleeve into the counterbore of the mitred profile and fit the assembly over the clamping pin.

senken (v)

Beschichten, Belichten und Absenken werden bis zur Fertigstellung des Formteils wiederholt.

Dank präziser Führung ohne Absenken des Türblatts ist die Montage nahezu ohne Türspalt zur Zarge kein Problem.
