Simply drive the self-tapping, counterclockwise-rotating threaded bush into the groove using a good cordless drill/driver.

Using a 6 A/F Allan key, simply turn the self-tapping threaded bushing anti-clockwise to drive it into the groove of the first profile via the end face.
