burr (n)

This procedure can be used to cut both interior and exterior parts that are entirely free from burrs.

All grooves are cleanly covered over, cut edges do not need to be deburred.

Use an angle grinder with a cutting wheel to cut the roller conveyor casing and carefully deburr the cut edges.
