Modular groove spacing (profile system)

Modular groove spacing specifies the basic dimension for all Standard profiles in a Profile system family. Modular groove spacing is the distance between two adjacent grooves measured in millimetres.

Profiles with different modular groove spacings are suitable for different applications:

• Profile systems with a 50 or 60 mm spacing are used for load-Bearing constructions designed to support heavy machinery, for example

• Profile systems with a 40 or 45 mm spacing are used for guards, enclosures and lightweight and medium-duty machine bases
• Profile systems with a 20 or 30 mm spacing are used to accommodate light machinery or are deployed in the electrical and electronics sector

Profiles need to satisfy stringent requirements in terms of limits on permissible variation and straightness. The shape tolerances for profiles with the same modular groove spacing are low and usually far below the Nominal dimension.

Fastening elements and special profiles should be selected according to the modular groove spacing of a profile range.

Rasterweite (Profilsystem)

Die Rasterweite ist bestimmend für das Grundmaß aller Standardprofile in einer Profilsystem-Familie. Dabei wird die Rasterweite vom Abstand zweier benachbarter Nuten in Millimeter festgelegt.

Je nach Rasterweite eignen sich die Profile für unterschiedliche Anwendungen:

• Profilsysteme mit 50er- und 60er-Raster werden für tragende Konstruktionen, etwa zur Aufnahme von schweren Maschinen, gewählt

• Profilsysteme mit 40er- oder 45er-Raster kommen bei Schutzeinrichtungen, leichten und mittelschweren Maschinengestellen zum Einsatz
• Profilsysteme mit 20er- oder 30er-Raster dienen zur Aufnahme von leichten Maschinen oder werden im Elektro-und Elektronikbereich verwendet

Die Grenzabmaße und die Geradheit von Profilen sind hoch. Die Formtoleranzen der Profile innerhalb ihrer Raster sind gering und liegen meist deutlich unter dem Nennmaß.

Entsprechend der Rasterweite einer Profilserie sind die entsprechenden Verbindungselemente und Sonderprofile zu wählen.

不同模块化槽间距的型材用于不同的应用：

Espaciamiento de ranura modular (sistema de perfiles)

El espaciamiento de la ranura modular especifica la dimensión básica de todos los perfiles estándar en una familia de sistema de perfiles. El espaciamiento de la ranura modular es la distancia entre dos ranuras adyacentes medida en milímetros.

Los perfiles con diferentes espaciamientos de la ranura modular son adecuados para diferentes aplicaciones.

Los sistemas de perfil con un espaciamiento de 50 a 60 mm se usan para construcciones portantes de carga diseñadas para soportar maquinarias pesadas, por ejemplo.

Los perfiles deben cumplir con requerimientos estrictos en términos de límites de rectitud y variación permisibles. Las tolerancias de forma para los perfiles con el mismo espaciamiento de ranura modular son bajas y usualmente mucho menores en dimensiones nominales.

Los elementos de sujeción y los perfiles especiales deben ser seleccionados de acuerdo con el espaciamiento de la ranura modular de un rango de perfil.
