Precision blanking can be applied to aluminium, aluminium alloys, copper, brass, unalloyed steel and low-alloy tempered steel.

During precision blanking, depending on the thickness of the sheet material to be cut, an impingement ring is pressed into the sheet material from one or two sides and a short distance from the cutting line.

Genauschneiden (n)

Beim Genauschneiden wird je nach Dicke des zu schneidenden Blechs in geringem Abstand zur Schnittlinie von einer oder von zwei Seiten eine Ringzacke in das Blech eingepresst.
